Primary
Responsibilities:
Support the management of logistics, warehousing, transportation and customer services Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments Supervise, coach and train shipping department workforce Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements Comply with laws, regulations and OSHA requirements regarding MHE Maintain company fleet vehicles Assist in managing custodial services for the business Additional

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or in Business Administration preferred.
Two years of supervisory experience in a pick/pack/ship environment.
Fluency in Microsoft Excel & Word Excellent verbal and written communication skills Spanish highly desired but not required Ability to work in both warehouse and greenhouse environments.
Flexible work schedule during peak seasons to accommodate volume.
Performance Requirements:
Must maintain a level of performance equivalent to company standards, that being a Meets Expectations in all areas of your performance evaluations (including but not limited to, Self and Management reviews).
