We are in a family-friendly, spa-like environment not affiliated with a hospital system.
Our goal is to spend quality time with our patients and clients to develop a relationship, educate, listen, and best meet their individualized needs.
We are looking for friendly, dependent, out-going front desk staff who will collaborate with us on our goal.
This position would be Monday-Friday with willingness to possibly assist on an occasional Saturday.

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND JOB ACTIVITIES:
A.
Customer Focus - Proactively represent Premier MD Plus through telephone contact by answering calls, scheduling appointments, generating new prospects, and following up with customers on various issues.
Effectively communicates directly with healthcare practitioners.
Manages customer service-related tasks.
Handles incoming communications from customers and referrers in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
Demonstrates not only customer rapport but team camaraderie within Premier MD Plus.
We pride ourselves on not just the relationships that we build with our customers but with our team as well.
Performs other administrative tasks and duties as required.
Mentors peers and share best practices with those less experienced as needed.
Provides customers with a remarkable experience.
Promotes and sees the value of different opinions and new ideas.
Participates in training new personnel lean tools and culture as an integral part of orientation program.
Responsible for providing support to clinical team to facilitate the administrative components of clinical referrals for case management or disease management services.
Enters information and documents communications in system.
Works closely with the Nursing team to rectify administrative issues for cases based on business rules.
B.
Service Delivery - Reach out to all new patients and introduce them to services and products via telephone.
Respond to incoming calls and answer any related questions.
Process payments in the form of credit card transactions, cash, and/or check.
Collaborates with clinical and wellness staff to enhance patient experience.
Assists with point of sale, inventory, facilitates services and customer experience.
Provides prompt, accurate and excellent service to internal and external customers.
Communicates via written and phone contact with internal and external customers.
Recognizes potential quality of care and service issues and seeks appropriate clinical expertise as needed.
Regular and consistent attendance.
All other duties assigned.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
