Responsibilities:
Pay/Compensation commensurate with experience.
Serve the customer - keep CSI at a high level Resolve customer complaints/concerns/suggestions Explore ways to better serve customers Establish annual budget for service department operations, in conjunction with the Controller - prepare and execute plans to attain budgets Cost containment of all service expenses Cultivate service staff (i.
e.
interview, train, coach, motivate for optimum performance) Oversee service department operations Technical staff - working at maximum efficiency Service writer - maintaining an organized, well run office environment.
Following warranty filing procedures timely.
Parts department - managing inventory, maintaining margins Coordinate launch/haul out activity for winter storage Display positive attitude toward company and product REQUIREMENTS &
Qualifications:
Must be a detail oriented self-starter Strong customer service and communication skills Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record - Weekend work required Job Type:
