2K a year 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago Job purpose As a Customer Service Level 2 Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by promptly and efficiently addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.
You will project manage new part and customer introductions.
You will handle more complex customer concerns that require a higher level of knowledge and expertise compared to Level 1 representatives.
The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Duties and responsibilities Be the customer advocate to do whatever possible to meet the customers' needs.
Meets with department team leaders to determine and/or expedite progress of work.
Provides information on changes to customers to continually service their needs and maintain satisfaction within the limits of established company policies.
Do whatever you can to increase sales for ReFab.
Customer representative responsibilities include communicating with customers on a regular basis either in person, by telephone or facsimile; visiting customer facilities to understand application of their products, processes and assist in a cooperative planning process.
Responds to all customer complaints regarding billing, services rendered, or products received, referring complaints of service failure to designated internal departments for further investigation.
Assists quality assurance in rework, replacement or credit of nonconforming products.
Obtains lead time date from engineering and generates due dates on new parts, Engineering Change Orders and confirms date with customers.
Schedules customer orders as needed in our ERP system.
Provides performance measurements via scoreboard to reflect on-time delivery, inventory turns, backlog, bookings, shipments, delinquencies and reacts accordingly to spikes that affect these performances.
Project manager in new part development and onboarding of new customers.
Gains understanding of customers systems, to identify opportunities for improved operating efficiency and service levels.
Qualifications Two-year degree or five-year equivalent work experience.
Individual must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel, possess excellent typing skills and oral/written communication skills.
Needs to be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals.
Needs to be able to write routine reports and correspondence.
Needs to be able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Needs to be able to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
Needs to be able to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Needs to be able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Needs to be able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Working conditions The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate typical of a normal office environment.
Physical requirements While performing the duties of this job, the payroll/order entry is regularly required to sit; use hands/fingers to enter data into the computer and type correspondence.
The payroll/order entry is frequently required to listen to or speak with fellow team members pertaining to assignments or tasks.
The payroll/order entry is occasionally required to stand and/or walk.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
