Applicants must have weekend and evening availability.
Applicants must be able to interact effectively within a team and communicate clearly, both in person and over the phone.
You must be able to approach customers, determine their needs, and provide an experience that encourages long-term customer relationships.
A working knowledge of healthy lifestyles, nutrition, and supplements is preferred but not mandatory.
You will be expected to be proactive and productive working on your own and be willing to perform a variety of tasks including cashiering, customer service, processing orders, and restocking.
Training and educational opportunities are provided.
Skills and
Experience:
Previous retail sales experience is preferred.
Knowledge of healthy lifestyles, nutrition, and supplements is preferred.
Ability to familiarize yourself with and recommend a variety of products to our customers.
Excellent communication and listening skills are needed.
Computer and basic math skills are needed.
Wages vary depending on experience level with room for promotion.
Basic starting wage is $13/hr.
Commitment, hard work, and initiative are recognized.
An employee review is conducted after 3-6 months of employment.
