- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant - Escort guests to their tables and provide menus - Assist guests with seating arrangements and accommodate special requests - Answer phone calls & take orders over the phone - Answer guest questions & offer recommendations - Issue bills and accept payment - Collaborate with host, servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations - Provide excellent guest services and address any concerns or complaints Skills & Requirements:
