Product Development (Electrical) Engineer
We are currently seeking a high-potential, results-oriented individual to join our engineering group! This position is high visibility and manages new product launches, so interaction with sales, production, purchasing and external customers to complete projects timely and correctly are primary responsibilities.
Required Skills &
Experience:
BSEE (preferred), BSME, or equivalent work experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in product development
Experience working with Underwriter's Laboratories or ETL, preferably in the lighting field;
Working knowledge of DFM, DFA, DFMEA and PFMEA
Understanding of APQP procedures
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Project
Basic understanding of production processes and materials
Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication skills

Experience:
Project management experience
Experience working on Pro-Engineer CAD systems is a plus
